What to pack?

Sleeping bag, pillow and a mat is most important (it’s possible to rent sleeping bag and mat)
Layers (wool layers, fleece, jacket, warm socks)
Swimsuit and towel (optional)
Running/yoga clothes and yoga mat (optional)
Waterproof clothes in case of rain
Shoes that you can walk in the forrest with - also in wet conditions
Waterbottle has never been a bad idea
